Incident Management System

We have recently completed a long term business analysis contract supporting the Environment Agency’s incident management function. Andy Murdock was the lead GIS specialist and data modeller for EA’s new Incident Management software application.  The system is based on a configuration of commercial incident management software and integrating EA’s ArcGIS Enterprise implementation for mapping components.  Andy helped gather and specify user requirements, supported the procurement process and worked with the Environment Agency Team and developers to shape the application.
